Returns Unicycle.com offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase it may be returned for refund within 30 days. If an item is returned after 30 days, a 20% restocking fee will apply. We do not offer exchanges. Please include your order number.
If you do not have your order number, please call us and we will provide it.Conditions:• Item must be in brand-new condition (i.e. no tire wear or scratches on the seat or pedals)
• Item must be in original packaging. Please pack and pad the item/s well so no scratches or damage occurs during return shipment. Additional charges will apply no matter where the damage occurs.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Custom cut spokes are not returnable.
