Returns Policy
Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Unicycle.com does not offer exchanges. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and all components and manuals included. All product that is returned incomplete or damaged may not be accepted. If accepted, they will require a deduction. This deduction is final. Our 30 day money back guarantee does not apply to special order items. Should you wish to return an item after the 30 days, a 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from the original purchase price of the item.
We cannot accept returns on scratched, scuffed or used items, or Videos/DVDs once opened.
Please provide the following information when returning product (we do include a return form on the back of the Unicycle.com Letter included in each order):
- Original order number.
- Reason for return.
- Name and daytime phone number
- Verify all merchandise is in the original packaging and all components, manuals and accessories are included.
- For your protection, please insure the package and use a "trackable" shipping method such as UPS or FedEx ground.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world with exception to some countries that are covered by other Unicycle.com's. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
