Assembling Your Zephyr Unicycle

Unpack the box and make sure all the parts are there, as in the picture. You should have:

1) Unicycle frame
1) Wheel assembly with crank arms
1) Seat with seat post
1) Seat post clamp, nut, handle
2) Pedals
4) Frame bolts
4) Washers
1) Uni stand

1. Install The Wheel Assembly Into The Frame

Notice the notch at the top of the unicycle frame. The notch represents the back side of the unicycle. With the notch facing you, insert the ends of the wheel bearing holders into the bottom of the frame, making sure the crank arm labeled 'L' is on the left and 'R' is on the right. Now install the bolts and washers, as shown in the picture to your left. Tighten the bolts, but don't overtighten them.

2. Install The Seat

Install the seat post clamp as shown in the picture.

Now insert the seat into the frame. Tighten the seat post with the seat post clamp.

3. Install The Pedals

Be sure to install the pedal marked 'L' on the left side and 'R' on the right side. Tighten the left pedal by rotating the wrench counter-clockwise. Tighten the right pedal by rotating the wrench clockwise.

4. Inflate The Tire

The tire should be firm, approximately 35 pounds.

That's it! You're ready to begin riding your unicycle!
