Assembling Your United or Savage Unicycle

1. Insert the pedal marked 'R' into the right crank arm, also marked 'R' (wheel side). The threads are right-handed; it is tightened by turning the wrench clockwise. Tighten securely.

2. Insert the pedal marked 'L' into the left crank arm, also marked 'L' (wheel side). The threads are left-handed; it is tightened by turning the wrench counter-clockwise. Tighten securely.

3. Insert the seat post into the seat post tube. Tighten the clamp to secure the seat height.

Adjusting the seat post height: When seated on the unicycle, you should be able to reach the pedals in any position. When either pedal is at the bottom of its rotation, your leg should be bent just slightly.

** Special note: Please, please be sure to ride the unicycle with the left pedal on the left side and right pedal on the right side. If you reverse these, the pedals will back out and ruin the crank arms.
